Read-only by design. Ship & Shout only ever reads metadata and metrics — it can't push code, move money, or change your accounts. The single write action is a LinkedIn post you trigger yourself.

Every third-party token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted server-side when a job needs it. Tokens are never logged and never sent to your browser.

Only you. Every database table enforces Row-Level Security, so your rows are scoped to your account and can't be read across users.

Yes. You can export your drafts and account data for portability, so nothing is trapped inside Ship & Shout. See GDPR & Your Data for the details.

Settings → Account → Delete. On deletion your connection tokens are revoked immediately, any public timeline goes offline within the hour, and backups are purged within 30 days.

Your account, connection tokens, drafts, and charts. Tokens are revoked at once; live surfaces like the timeline come down within the hour; residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.

You can sign up again anytime, but deletion is permanent — a new account starts fresh, since your previous data has been purged. There's no undo once backups clear.

Access, portability, correction, and erasure — all supported. The GDPR & Your Data page explains each right and how to exercise it.

Check three things: your delivery day and timezone in settings (the job runs on your schedule), your spam folder, and your connection status in Settings → Connections. If a source dropped, no metrics means no draft. Still stuck? Support can help.

Re-authorise it in Settings → Connections. Tokens can expire or be revoked at the provider; reconnecting issues a fresh read-only grant and gets the next draft flowing again.

Every number is pulled straight from your connected sources for the week's window, so a mismatch usually means a source is disconnected, a repo or account isn't linked, or the period differs from where you're comparing. Check Connections; if it still looks off, Contact us with the details.

A chart needs revenue data for the week — if your payment provider is disconnected or returned nothing, there's nothing to plot. Reconnect in Settings → Connections and regenerate. Persisting? Contact us.
